Nashat is a dedicated legal trainee with a distinguished academic background and extensive international experience in commercial law and litigation. A graduate of the University of Jordan and holder of an LLM in International Commercial Law from Brunel University of London, Nashat is currently in his final year of training to be sworn into the Jordanian Bar.
Throughout his practice, Nashat has developed deep expertise in both litigation and corporate advisory. He has spearheaded the drafting of complex court documents, including statements of claim, legal memos, and final pleadings for civil and labor disputes. His procedural mastery extends to managing end-to-end court formalities, from issuing notary public warnings and enforcing judicial judgments to supporting seizure proceedings. Furthermore, Nashat provides strategic legal forecasting by preparing detailed opinions on case outcomes to mitigate client risk.
In the realm of litigation, Nashat has extensively trained on the precision of legal writing and the management of diverse case portfolios. He is experienced in conducting deep legal research and analysis across both common law and civil law systems, ensuring that every procedural step from initial consultations to final enforcement is handled with technical accuracy. His profile is uniquely distinguished by his role as a Legal Participant at the European Parliament in Brussels, where he performed technical legal interpretation from Polish and Danish into English during high-level conferences on European legal cooperation.
Nashat’s academic contributions further highlight his expertise, most notably through his LLM thesis, "The Enforceability of ESG Clauses in International Commercial Contracts: Legal Challenges and Emerging Trends," which explores the intersection of sustainability and global trade. He maintains a profound professional interest in the evolving landscape of ESG compliance, Banking and Fintech law, the complexities of cross-border agreements, and the rigorous standards of international financial regulation.
